YYC Burger Battle: Calagary's Newest Food Fest For the love of YYC Burgers - An epic battle for Burger Supremecy. Friday May 26th to Sunday June 4th 2017

HWC (High Wood Crossing) organic Oat burger is a balanced sweet yet spicy burger for all. A patty made with organic oats and full of flavor, deliciously served with ham, fried egg on a soft bun. Don't you wish you could have breakfast all day, every day? Well now you can during YYC Burger Battle. Thomson's Restaurant in the Hyatt Regency is serving up a Highwood Crossing Organic Oat Patty along with Brie Cheese, Westfalian Ham, a goey Fried Egg, crisp Green Lettuce, Red Onion, Tomato, and slathered with Onion Jam and Chipotle Aioli. It's served on an Egg Wash Soft Bun. It's a top of the line breakfast sandwich, served when you like it.

Mouth watering, thick, grilled beef patty topped with molten Brie and succulent pieces of grilled peaches. For that extra meat craving, we added some Juicy pulled pork.

7oz ground chuck stuffed with 2oz brie cheese, sauteed onions, granny smith apples and pecans in brown sugar and whiskey Then rubbed with house beef dry rub and smoked in our Old Hickory smoker for 2 and a half hours. The burger is then topped with apple slaw (radish, kale, cabbage and carrots and house slaw dressing), fig jam, and double smoked bacon. All served on a brioche bun.
