Sweet Caroline consists of homemade, deep fried, cheesy scalloped potatoes au gratin, surrounded by two, 1/4 lb Alberta Beef Burgers, smothered in our own Sweet Caroline Sauce, consisting of Mustard, molasses, apple cider vinegar, Greek Yogurt and caramelized onions and crowed with a ham tiara drenched in a maple syrup sriracha sauce.
