To create the lamb-orghini of all burgers we start with high quality, grass fed lamb, handmade to our own recipe, then flame grilled. The scrumptious taste of the lamb patty is complimented with the crunchiness of crispy fried onion strings and topped with a creamy mushroom sauce. This masterpiece is topped with melted sharp Gouda cheese and sandwiched between a fresh locally made brioche bun.

This rich burger is a exploration of ingredients and flavours you can get at local farms Caramelised onions, Kobe style burger, fried chicken skin, fried egg, smoked Gouda and roasted poblano cheese sauce, all on our house made brioche bun, garnished with maple pork belly.
