Naturally raised Alberta beef and pork lemongrass patty topped with chili glazed pork belly while piled high with pickled jalapenos, fried onions, carrot and cucumber slaw on a house made sesame brioche bun.

7oz ground chuck stuffed with 2oz brie cheese, sauteed onions, granny smith apples and pecans in brown sugar and whiskey Then rubbed with house beef dry rub and smoked in our Old Hickory smoker for 2 and a half hours. The burger is then topped with apple slaw (radish, kale, cabbage and carrots and house slaw dressing), fig jam, and double smoked bacon. All served on a brioche bun.
