YYC Burger Battle: Calagary's Newest Food Fest For the love of YYC Burgers - An epic battle for Burger Supremecy. Friday May 26th to Sunday June 4th 2017

Starting with a AAA Beef Shortrib and Braised Pork Belly Patty on a House Baked Charcoal Brioche Sesame Seed Bun, The Dougie is topped with a Horseradish Cheddar, Roasted Heirloom Tomato Guacamole, Beetroot Relish, Beer Battered Leek Rings & Micro Kale Sprouts, finished with our Smoked Tomato Aioli.

7oz ground chuck stuffed with 2oz brie cheese, sauteed onions, granny smith apples and pecans in brown sugar and whiskey Then rubbed with house beef dry rub and smoked in our Old Hickory smoker for 2 and a half hours. The burger is then topped with apple slaw (radish, kale, cabbage and carrots and house slaw dressing), fig jam, and double smoked bacon. All served on a brioche bun.
