To create the lamb-orghini of all burgers we start with high quality, grass fed lamb, handmade to our own recipe, then flame grilled. The scrumptious taste of the lamb patty is complimented with the crunchiness of crispy fried onion strings and topped with a creamy mushroom sauce. This masterpiece is topped with melted sharp Gouda cheese and sandwiched between a fresh locally made brioche bun.

6oz perfectly seared berkshire pork patty stuffed in between fresh baked brioche bun. The bun is garnished with a mixed bell pepper relish supplied by Broxburn farms. Sauce gribiche is slathered on the bun as well to give the burger that extra tang! And to top it off we stack crispy fried Sylvan Star cheese curds.
