To create the lamb-orghini of all burgers we start with high quality, grass fed lamb, handmade to our own recipe, then flame grilled. The scrumptious taste of the lamb patty is complimented with the crunchiness of crispy fried onion strings and topped with a creamy mushroom sauce. This masterpiece is topped with melted sharp Gouda cheese and sandwiched between a fresh locally made brioche bun.

Half pound bison burger, beer bun, house made onion rings, maple bbq, chipotle aioli, roast mushrooms, green leaf lettuce, vine ripe tomato, bacon, aged white cheddar.

Mushrooms, bacon and beef, ground together to encase our 3 cheese mixture grilled to perfection and topped with a 4th cheese, dusted Jalapeno and onion, lettuce and tomato. Served on a Kaiser bun
