Juicy pork patty marinated with honey lemongrass a sweet savory combination with melted cheese and topped with fresh crisp lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, onions and supper crispy bacon.

Alberta lamb nestled between our zaatar flat bread covered with soft Brie , tzatziki ,baby spinach ,sweet onions and house pickles topped with a stuffed feta jalapeno spear!

Handcrafted patty topped with shaved beef, sautéed red peppers, green peppers,white onions & provolone cheese. Served on a brioche bun with roasted garlic aioli!!!

A house made glazed donut holding a 1/2lb Alberta beef burger, stuffed with Canadian back bacon and local cheese curds, topped with Canadian cheddar. Dressed with bacon bourbon jam, pickled onions, crisp lettuce, and amber ale mayo.

7oz ground chuck stuffed with 2oz brie cheese, sauteed onions, granny smith apples and pecans in brown sugar and whiskey Then rubbed with house beef dry rub and smoked in our Old Hickory smoker for 2 and a half hours. The burger is then topped with apple slaw (radish, kale, cabbage and carrots and house slaw dressing), fig jam, and double smoked bacon. All served on a brioche bun.
