Korean Barbeque glazed salmon fillet, House made kimchi aioli, Cucumber salad, Brioche bun

Handcrafted Carmen Creek bison patty, apple cranberry chutney, Poplar Grove tiger blue cheese, horseradish pickle, butter lettuce, vine ripened tomato, sriracha aioli, Toasted Brioche Bun served with house cut Garlic Frites

7oz ground chuck stuffed with 2oz brie cheese, sauteed onions, granny smith apples and pecans in brown sugar and whiskey Then rubbed with house beef dry rub and smoked in our Old Hickory smoker for 2 and a half hours. The burger is then topped with apple slaw (radish, kale, cabbage and carrots and house slaw dressing), fig jam, and double smoked bacon. All served on a brioche bun.
