Thomson's Restaurant in the Hyatt Regency is serving up a Highwood Crossing Organic Oat Patty along with Brie Cheese, Westfalian Ham, a goey Fried Egg, crisp Green Lettuce, Red Onion, Tomato, and slathered with Onion Jam and Chipotle Aioli. It's served on an Egg Wash Soft Bun. It's a top of the line breakfast sandwich, served when you like it.
